RegistrationPlease download and print out both sides of the registration form. Make sure to fill out both sides completely and legibly. There is a $45 dollar onetime registration fee for credited students and a $20 onetime registration fee for auditing students. If you are paying by card you can enter all of the necessary information in the box located in the upper right hand corner of the registration form. If you are paying by check, please put your name on the memo line and attach it to the registration form. Please mail your form to 550 NW Industrial Way, Suite 44, Bend Oregon 97702.
