Class Registration

If this is your first time taking classes at Kilns College, you must complete the appropriate Admission form (either credit or audit) before you can register. If you are a returning student, you only need to fill out the Class Registration form.

Credit Students

If you are taking classes for credit please download the Class Registration Form, print, and bring it with you to Student Orientation on August 30th, 6pm, at the Kilns College.  You will have the opportunity to meet Kilns Staff, learn about resources available to you, complete registration, and purchase books for your classes.  If you are unable to attend Student Orientation contact the Director of Admissions, Trisha Lavik at trisha@kilnscollege.org for further details on registering for classes.

Auditing Students

If you are auditing classes please download the Class Registration Form, print, and bring it with you to the Fall Kickoff on September 12th. If you are unable to attend the Fall Kickoff, please mail your completed registration form and payment prior to September 10th.

Class Payment Information

We require you to pay your bill at Student Orientation (credit students) or Fall Kickoff (auditing students).  If you are unable to pay the full amount at these dates, 50% of your total bill is acceptable.  The remaining balance will be set up on a payment plan with Merrilee in the Registrar's office.  

You may make a payment prior to Orientation and Fall Kickoff in person at the Kilns College Office or by mail.  If paying by credit card, use the space provided on the registration form. If you are paying by check, please put your name on the memo line and attach it to your Registration form. Mail your Registration form and payment to 550 SW Industrial Way, Suite 44, Bend Oregon 97702. You can also send in a scanned copy via e-mail to the college office at merrilee@kilnscollege.org.
