2010 Apologetics Conference

Join us for the 2nd Annual Kilns Apologetics Conference coming up on February 19 & 20, 2010.

The conference will be held at Westside Church in Bend, OR. and we have two of the top New Testament scholars in the country, Dr. Craig Blomberg and Dr. Daniel Wallace, as our main speakers. Craig Hazen will be joining us again for several of the breakout sessions. The topic will be the reliability of the New Testament and will cover such matters as the historical reliability of the Bible, the accuracy of the manuscript copies, archaeology, science, cults and more.

SPEAKER BIOS

Dr. Craig Blomberg

Dr. Craig Blomberg

Blomberg is Distinguished Professor of New Testament at Denver Seminary in Littleton, Colorado. He holds the B.A. from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, the M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, and the Ph.D. from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He is also the author of twelve books and has co-authored or co-edited seven more, along with dozens of journal articles and chapters in multi-author works.


Daniel B. Wallace

Daniel B. Wallace

Daniel B. Wallace is a professor of New Testament Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary and Executive Director of the Center for the Study of New Testament Manuscripts. He holds a Ph.D from the University of Aberdeen, and an M.A. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has published dozens of articles in academic theological journals, and has authored, edited, or contributed to more than twenty.


Dr. Craig Hazen

Dr. Craig Hazen

Craig J. Hazen is a Professor of Comparative Religion and Christian Apologetics at Biola University; he is also the founder and director of the M.A. program of Christian Apologetics at Biola. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Religious Studies, a B.A. in Biological Sciences. He has written scores of journal articles and has lectured across America and Europe on the issues of the Resurrection and apologetics.
